Shipping policy

  1. For customer to deliver the storage media to SecretLab Data Recovery Sdn Bhd, there are 3 methods;
    • Pick-Up Service
      • This service is offered to the customers at no additional charge.
      • Available to customer located within KL and Selangor areas only.
      • To request for this service, customer need to fill up THIS FORM.
      • This service is offered for same day delivery.
    • Walk In or Courier Delivery @ Drop-Off Center
      • For walk in;
      • Customer can walk in and drop off their storage media to our Drop Off center in Kuala Lumpur address below during our operation hours.

      • We are open from Monday till Friday, 9am till 5pm. Drop off center is closed during weekends and public holidays.

      • For courier;
      • Customers can appoint their own preferred courier services to deliver their storage media to Data Recovery Services.
      • Customer has to make sure all the storage media is wrapped in bubble wrap and concealed within a sturdy box.
      • All deliver has to be delivered to SecretLab Data Recovery Sdn Bhd address at;

      • Attention to SecretLab Data Recovery Sdn Bhd, contact number (012) 908 8994.
      • Kindly INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER in the parcel when delivering the parcel to us.
      • Customer will have to bear for the shipping cost if customer opt for this method. SecretLab Data Recovery Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for the cost of the delivery.
  2. Please wrap the all the storage media or device in an anti-static material and secured it with padding around the products.
  3. Then pack the storage media or device in a box twice the size of the media/device, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material. This is to ensure that it does not move around in the package during shipment. 
  4. Identify your package with the Ticket number provided by the Support team in Whatapps. You can also print the label generated by the system once the request form is submitted. 
  5. We will notify you via email as soon as your device received at the SecretLab Data Recovery Sdn Bhd drop off center.
  6. After the completion of the data recovery services, the customer has to bear the shipping cost of delivering the storage media back to the customer. It applies to both scenario, whether the data recovery services is successful or not. SecretLab Data Recovery Sdn Bhd will deliver the storage media back to the customer thru the Appointed Logistic Partner. Delivery time will take from 3-5 working days.
