  • SecretLab Data Recovery Sdn Bhd offer FREE Assessment to all customer. After the diagnostic, customer will be informed of their storage media condition.
  • If customer agreed to proceed with the data recovery, customer is required to provide a 50% deposit before the data recovery process begin.
  • Data recovery service fee will not be entitled for partial or full refund when data has been successfully recovered (partial or full).
  • Only in the circumstances whereby if data recovery failed (unable to retrieve any data from the customer's storage media) the No Data No Charge Policy applies. Deposit made by the customer for the data recovery services shall be refunded in full back to the customer. However, the customer will still need to bear for the shipping cost to deliver the submitted storage media back to the customer.
